• Accountable and responsible to strategize, develop and implement CRM plans that nurture leads and retain customers to achieve business objectives for the client.
• Liaison with client’s Marketing, CRM, and IT team for CRM planning and implementation.
• Liaison with different stakeholders to keep them informed about upcoming data management initiatives
• Oversee CRM campaigns from initial brief through to execution, ensuring effective implementation.
• Accountable for the day-to-day production of communications ensuring they are delivered timely to the highest standard.
• Responsible for CRM data analytics, tracking & optimization to deliver business results.
• Ensure high quality of customer data, contribute to the addressabilty improve.
• Development of reporting templates and submit CRM performance reports based on client’s requests.
