-Develop brand strategy to drive and build brand growth within the context of the agreed brand strategy and company goals.
-Able to drive and facilitate both development and implementation of Brand Plans in the category.
-Able to prepare Annual Business Plan (Situation Assessment, Identification of Opportunities and Issues, Recommendation of Strategies and Action Plans, -Identify & Set Success Metrics and Brand Plans ), Detailed A&P Plan, Activity Calendar and Annual Budget (Volume and Value)
-Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding.
-Communicate brand benefits to the targeted consumers via marketing 4Ps & act as facilitator in translating brand plan into category plan both offline retail & EC online
-Contribute to the business and budget planning for the categories and commitment in delivering annual targets – Sales, Profit and Market Share
-Category analysis and data analytics skill to identify sales & distribution gaps, business profit, market and consumers trend and channel development opportunities.
-Track and review Post campaign analysis, Marketing investment planning , Brand profitability analysis and Competitor analysis in order to make recommendation where appropriates.
- Able to carry out market research including NPD, Concepts & Packaging design as part of launch processes.
-Control and monitoring of sales forecasts, production, inventory scheduling and plans to meet sales objectives and during launch processes
-Liaise and coordinate with agency in the development of advertising campaign and materials (Annual Brand Brief, Media Plans and Creative) and consistency with the brand guide and strategy
-Lead and work closely with cross functional department in order to achieve results of the brand plan
