Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

HR support:

-Assist in implementing recruitment activities such as advertising, screening applicants, interview arrangement, employment notification etc;
-In-charge of new employee on-boarding and resignation.
-Liaise with our partner Agency regarding employee’s employment-related matters.
-Assist in coordinating and preparing all related documents for employee reviews and yearly appraisal.
-Leave administration;
-Assist in various work coordination, general administrative works and documentation;

General office support:

-To perform general office duties such as ensuring office inventories is up to date, arrange IT equipment for new and existing employees;
-Contractor management – Coordinating onboarding and ongoing administration
-Supplier management – Acting as first point of contact for third party suppliers
-Supporting finance with global purchase orders, processing invoices, workflows and expenses
-Assist in any ad hoc assignments as assigned by superior.
